Definitely. All Custom Cleaning employees are subject to a thorough background check prior to hiring.

Q: Is Custom Cleaning licensed and insured?

Yes. It is essential that our clients feel comfortable doing business with us. We are completely licensed and insured with all appropriate agencies.

 

Questions on Residential/House Cleaning Services:

Q: Do I have to be home when you come to clean?
A:
No, this is a comfort level for you the client, many of our clients like to be at home if possible for the first cleaning to meet the crew that will be taking care of their home but it is not necessary.

Q: Do I have to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
A:
No, we provide all supplies and equipment to do the job at no additional cost.

Q: Do I have to pay any workers compensation or taxes?
A:
No. We completely take care of these. The only taxes you would owe would be sales taxes (if applicable).

Q: How do I pay for my house cleaning services?
A:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and our gift certificates. We have payment selections that meet everyone's needs.

 

Questions on Commercial/Business Cleaning Services:

Q: What is the frequency of services that CCM provides?
A:
Custom Cleaning personalizes the frequency of the service to meet your needs. We can clean nightly, several times a week or weekly.

Q: Do you provide the equipment needed to do the job?
A:
We will furnish all necessary and approved equipment for the satisfaction of our cleaning services.

Q: How does the customer communicate with the CCM staff?
A:
We provide an onsite log book for our employees and customers to communicate. The office and administrative staff is available at any time.

Q: How does my building get secured or locked for the evening?
A:
After the completion of the cleaning our staff does a security check throughout the building including turning all lights off and checking all interior doors. Once the building is locked, the security systems are activated.

Q: How does the quality of the cleaning services provided get monitored?
A:
CCM will provide onsite visits for walk thoughts to inspect the cleaning being performed. This is done after the completion of the cleaning in the evening or early morning hours.

Q: Do I have to pay any workers compensation or taxes?
